It’s intended IMO, but they did set the threshold too high. 20 or 25 would have been much better.

Does PVP power actually works? I have been hitting PVP dummy in pvp power gear and I hit less than with normal gear (PVP was lower ilvl).
Make appeal via website/email. I was looking at naming policy (outdated) and there was no rule which forbids names like this.
