    it was ilvl 102 pre SL so unusable for herald which meant alot let it slide.

    Gem gear is all about what gems fill the slots... Not many good ones, it seems. Ilvl 28 gear looks promising for that reason.

    they're not. the only combat enchant vet 20s will ever see on shoulders is the +2 stam armor kit on 19/28 BoEs.
