EU+US Enchants work?

So I was watching Hunnybuns and Cdawg streaming and playing the legion prepatch, and it cdawg said enchants work, and someone in chat said it to. So anyone knows what's going on?

I didnt see a single wep proc during the BG I did.

As discussed before. Enchants do work. But when it comes to BGs, they're disabled.

I've had two people say they got procs in BGs. Could be a bug.

I didn't get a single proc when testing multiple enchants.

They are either lying or they are exploiting / bugged.

They could have been just mistaken.

Someone should test every enchant to see if any work would be nice to find out
