I see where it could be jusst a faceroll with half of a TC team farming but generally theres only groups of 2-3 people, and alot of them arent even fully twink, just some lvl16s with easily obtainable gear and chants

That's why we still queue XPOn. In hope of challenge games - XPOff 10-19 dead on RU many years for now, on EU - semi-dead.
GY farming boring most times, except when you try to farm another twinks^^
