EU+US How does this guy have access to kings at level 29?

ive been doing arenas and this team is using kings. You don't unlock that until level 30 on a paladin. Am I missing something?

glyph gives kings buff at level 25 when you use a paladin mount

minor glyph blizz made it that way....been that way for a long time, no glitching required

It's not a glitch it's merely just a glyph, it's like how lvl 20 warlocks can use the stun ability from their pet when in result the ability isn't learned until after 20
