EU+US 19 Legion Battleground Items?

Did some digging to find gear with the highest item levels that 19s can actually obtain. Assuming the Legion changes to pvp stay as they've been rumored to be and all gear and enchant stats don't matter in battlegrounds, I guess it's just a matter of getting the highest average item level then?

If this is posted elsewhere, my apologies for the duplication of effort and feel free to delete this. If not and anyone comes across anything I probably missed, add it here.
