Lvl 9 twinking is actually very effective because if you're in wpvp and you see a lvl 10 your less likely to fight it then if it's a lvl 9 so why not try a lvl 9 twink I'm thinking of making another one my one I have already is a rogue next I'm probably going to make a Druid then I will have ferocious bite and all sorts of stuff and I won't be a lvl 10 people will never expect your destructive power as a lvl 9.

Anything a lvl 9 does a 10 does 100% times better. No reason to twink at 9 at all

So you want to go to the effort of making a level 9 twink just to surprise some PVEers and say 'gotcha'? I mean, more power to you if that's what gives you a sense of entertainment and fulfillment in WoW, but you're likely not going to find much support around here.
