So the guy kills his 2 year old daughter and tries to make it look like she died while sleeping, the medical examiner finds out that she was asphyxiated, and the police jumps to the conclusion that it had something to do with video games? Why?
Obviously the guy is a complete psychopath for having killed a child in any case, but the video games part seems tagged on by the shitty news site for sensationalist purposes.

Yeah this sounds like its probably the case, but lets be real there are some real crazies that play video games to hide themselves from the real world, they get dragged into the game and suddenly its more important than the outside world, top that with being a psychopath and this story doesn't sound all that unbelievable.
 
I love how the media tries to paint gamers. I read books in middle school that contained more violence than certain games I play.

Then again, some people have a short fuse when they get interrupted from something they're interested in. My spouse gets rather irritable if I interrupt their cooking shows.
