EU+US Can I play with starter account?

Ye, hello everyone, I am quite noob at "rules" for 19s, sorry about that

The question is just the tittle, if i make a 19s twink (xpoff ofc). Can I play with him on Bgs, or 2v2, or 3v3? I think I tested some months ago but I cant remember it.

I know as 20s I can perfectly play with no payment on battleground or 2v2...

You will need an active sub to play 19s.
If you're looking to tink for free, it will be as a 20.

Your xp stays locked but you can't que for xp off bgs or arenas
