There's a leather agility belt available that offers a different stat distribution to the standard highlander girdle whilst also scaling well. It's called Deftkin Belt and despite what wowhead says, it isn't grandfathered.
It can be obtained from Befouled water Globe which drops from Tideress, a none elite water elemental which stands in the lake just below silverwind refuge.
This item has a competitive statline with other 29 items and for more balanced builds is a much stronger alternative than the PvP reward belt. I would run it on any more balance build of enh shaman or WW monk. The main reason nobody runs it is that when you go to wowhead it tells you it's grandfathered. So I made this post to raise awareness for this excellent piece of twink gear.
