Well I thought it was pretty odd that it's a shield enchant lol please tell me where I should of posted it? The threads like what enchants and gear should I get for my character are needed? There are at least armories people can look up

well 15 agi on hands say 15 agi weapon on armory so its nothing new.

Its the old +7stam to bracers enchant just bugged on armory, lots of people now want to buy bracers enchanted with that unfortunatly yours is on a bound item.

I know a guy with the 13 Intel on bracer chant but unfortunately you can't unbound old items
