Addressing the Current Situation

"This website is just a project for fun, i'm not making it to overthrow twinkinfo" ... and then decided to re-name it twonkinfo, play around with the design to look like TI.
So in General you're trying way too hard before even Myrm deleted the database of TI and for not being available most of the time in the last couple of weeks.
wonder why only the EU's are mad about it, is it because of the last TC? or is it something related to GSC-family bullshit I really can't tell. Stay small you cheaters.

I will admit it might have been dumb I tried to see the idea of having a xenforo forum over a vBulletin in regards to TI, the idea came of that I had no knowledge about Xenforo it self. I like learning, just as I bought that vBulletin for ~300$ which now just lays getting dusty, I also offered Shane that exact License back when he was Administrator of TI as it was vBulletin 5 and not 4, I had no clue 4 was better than 5 at that time. It was never my intention to take anything from anyone and I did shutdown that website after 1-2 weeks? Also I have no clue about what you mean with EUs and TC, it wasnt me that brought this idea to life, even if Myrm might be specially out after me in this thread. It was was the moderators / administrators of this website it self. I really cant see why I would want to "lead" another TI? I am no leader type of person, I am just trying to help people that wants my help which I feel like I have tried to here.

Please refrain from posting your extremely biased opinion on a matter you know nothing about.
 
Honestly, why is it so hard for people to just work together in building -one- site rather than people going out and making multiple? You're just dividing an already small community further for no reason other than your personal vendettas. If you really cared about the community you'd suck it up and all work together.

@Myrm I really hope you don't give into Conq's demands and transfer TI's info and redirect to his new website, nor shut down Twinkinfo at all. Conq's approach is incredibly wrong.

Not only have you invested so much of your money and time into these forums but you have kept it alive. Twinkinfo.com is a beacon and you have kept it lit. This website has been around for a very very long time and it serves as a symbol of our community within world of warcraft. The resistance of new changes and moderation of these forums does not permit the creation of an entirely new website for the community. It is absolutely amazing that this website has been around this long because of the individuals like yourself that have stepped up to take ownership to keep it running.

Over 26 thousands members of our wonderful community website. Tons of traffic everyday, members conversing with others, individuals coming to seek information and become a part of our community. No other twinking website will see that kind of traffic; EVER.

I'm happy bisnation no longer exists (despite its positive implications), the community should remain together as one, Twinkinfo.com. If there are differences, work them out. I personally did not enjoy the new Xenforo changes, but now it's growing on me.

I'm disappointed that Conq started working on his own website a long time ago. I agree Myrm should be more communicative (hell he doesn't even have a mic), but it was the wrong approach making a new website behind his back. Should fight for Twinkinfo, not abandon it.
 
its clear myrm fucked up pretty bad, and is paranoid about others wanting to steal from him, but plz for the greater good of the community we have, take the admin position offered to you. also, the fact u fucked up isn't ur fault and no ones going around blaming u @Myrm

This ^ TI won't die unless it's literally shut down. This site is THE twinking site and if everyone goes somewhere else then I won't be anywhere.
@Myrm is the man. In my opinion this guy saved 19s, single handedly. Sure others helped but it was his ideas that inspired them. If it wasn't for this guy those that continued to twink would be playing 20-29s right now.
Rock on Myrm.

I faught for Twinkinfos progression harder than ANYONE and gave up after six months of non-invlolvement, what's to prevent this from happening again after this year's tc, whenever that is.

I was involved with every attempt to fix TI except the last one for reasons that I explained in this thread.
 
1. anyone who treats himself like a martyr for investing 1000 usd into a project concerning thousands of people can gtfo lol

2. anyone who w/o blinking deletes years of documented twink info (literally lol) is probably a dangerous person in many aspects

3. lets not forget shane is the biggest dick to have walked the surface of earth

4. myrms seems very paranoid about shamatix

5. my suggestion: delete all forum sections except 19s OR move 19s section to a new site w/e since its the only active community no other twinking brackets will ever (maybe 39 or so idk) see community activity ever again

why are 19s more important than every other bracket? no matter how active a bracket is, there is still a community involved. what irks me is we had a fishing hat above the banner for the longest time, now 'xpoff' has a shadowfang in their name.

Tbh this website was a daily leadership roll for me for 6 months, and prior to myrm being staff, comparitevly my money means nothing, I'm not a martyr just explaining my perspective and this new xenforo Is only a thing since I resigned from the TI future group

Nobody is ignoring the great impact Myrm has had on the community. But if he really wants the community to prosper, he should accept the fact that he does not suit the position of owner and admin of a website this important. He can't afford it, he doesn't invest the time that is needed, and he is too paranoid to accept help from those willing to help him. This is not about shutting down TI, or removing our long-loved community website, it's about helping the community, and moving in the right direction.

Let's make this clear: it is not Conq's website, that was one of the main points of creating it. It is not run by one person, like TI is now. It is run by a group of admins and moderators. Secondly Shamatix started working on this website last week. This is not some grand scheme that has been underway for months and months.

The creation of this new website is a necessary change, sure everybody is telling them to just work it out. But that is what the creators of XPoff.com has been trying to for months. They are former admins of TI. They realized they would never get through to Myrm, and that he was too paranoid to see the bigger picture; he needed help to make TI survive.
