The Butcher, Mechbuilders. Also, Defias.

Hi, all
I’ve searched off and on for some months now, and looked at a bunch of posts and armories.
The Butcher and Mechbuilders don't seem to be very popular with twinks, but they’re usually pricey on the AH.
Anyone have any recommendations other than AH?

Also: current thinking on Defias pieces in the 20-29 bracket? Are they better left to the 19 bracket? Depends on the class/spec?

The Butcher is only really used as a transmog as other weapons outshine it, Mechbuilders is only really used by some fire mages as it has nice crit but is also a transmog item hence the price. As for defias items classes that use bonus armour such as BM Monk use 2 pieces for the +10 Armour which =
+10 bonus (+10AP).
