Landslide seems pretty great, especially for some bursty combos, may have to try it out.

u do a lot more aoe damage with thrash than people realize and if people stack up and u are able to stand in the middle of them u will fuck them up. use stealth > bearform > wildcharge to pick people off

Ele force works really well for thrash spam. If not, landslide is a good choice.
After using mangle, spam thrash until you get enough rage to use maul, use mangle again first and then maul again right after since maul is off gcd

I don't know the type of dmg they take, I just use it to power LVL 10-19
