I really could not give a shit about a ban wave those people will just buy a new account and keep on playing. It's an endless cycle that blizzard is losing due to poor decision makin.
But hey it's not like I care about bots or cheating in this game anymore. It' just pisses me off when they go and pull off something like this, and making the game 99.9% end-game focused.
This game used to be about leveling up togheter, and do dungeons and explore stuff togheter while leveling up. Back when I first started.. Getting to max level took around 10-12~ days of played time. Without being cheesed trough.
Stuff like this just makes me want to back to Nostalrius full time. Atleast they care about their players.

Correct about most of this. Way back you had to be involved with a guild to get anything done. For better or worse those days are long past us.

Thats exacly how Nostalrius is, and why I love it so much. I kind of want this experience with my guild on Aggramar, and we somewhat have it. We do alot of fun things togheter right now. But the fact that we are not able to fund the guild with enchants and items by doing fun activites togheter is well sad..
As on the current situation I only have one 100 on eu that can farm gold and stuff and its on the wrong server, the rest of my 100s are on China. I might just have to buy a couple of months of subscription and level up my rogue to 100 just to be able to fund the guild with gold. Yet that will be a very lonely process that I cant really involve my guild members with.
This game is a single player game...
Actually its a couple of more buttons to press then one, but yeah more or less..

It's fine if they want people to focus on endgame. But there isnt much to do at endgame. Legion is make or break.

Here's whats wrong with endgame
gear doesn't fucking require an effort, which takes out 33% of the game left with raid and pvp.
Raid Finder is like doing 5 man heroics, only with 39 retards instead of 4-
Normal raids should be labelled - congratufuckinglationsyoudiditoneasymode
PvP is one big clusterfuck (pretty much vanilla, unbalanced as fuck)
and Garrisons...... ugh tthe thought of it makes me sick. Garrison pretty much turned a huge part of wow into a 3d farmville.

Have to agree. In fact, there is just too much to do. Unless you have every achievement in the game done, how can you possibly say there is "not enough to do".
I always laugh to myself when I see people in trade crying "I'm bored!". Yet, they state this from their Garrison. Kek...
A better statement would be, "There isn't enough stuff I want to do". Blizzard is adding stuff all the time.
Just yesterday they added a new mount, new weapon illusion, a new way to get an old weapon illusion, new toys, new achievement all kinds of stuff.
Made a TON of gold yesterday. Because I had been planning ahead. I knew people would be needing gingerbread cookies or small eggs. So I have been buying them up off the AH for months. The game is what you make of it. Not just sitting in queue waiting for a pop doing nothing. Be creative with your time.
During WotLK, while waiting in queue I fished for the Dark Herring - Item - World of Warcraft for my Salty title/achievement. It took 7 weeks to fish that damn thing up. Sure, it was not marathon sessions. But, it took time. But time otherwise that would have been wasted just sitting in town bitching about queue/raid prep times. Got the all the fountain coins that way too!
