ya thats a old f2p rogue id say cata and good nowdays you would need chants as vet some looms and gear you can keep it like that as a f2p imo

Old indeed, and yes, it's from Cata days. Still need to make a few adjustments to it for scaling purposes.
On a side note, i'm keeping that character completly F2P. So no p2p specific looms or enchants are going up on it.

the alliance equivalent of my 3 agi ring is Tia's ring
there is a 3 agility belt for alliance that scales the same as my belt
I am missing AGM and Gloom

To be completely honest, the only noteworthy thing your twink has is AGM, if I were you I would make a new rogue and start as night elf since it's the best rogue racial.

Would it be worth it to use Hogger's Trousers to maintain crit instead of Aluwyn's Legguards and keep Wolf's bracers instead of the 5 ag/5stam bracers?

Crit is one of the worst possible stats to get as of right now. The reason being is the changes done in WoD. Crit does 150% damage rather than 200% damage in PvP, so it is esentially half as effective in PvP. Also, in WoD 3.5 agility = 1 DPS while it was 7 agi = 1 DPS pre-WoD. So with agility being 2x better and crit being 2x worse, the stat priority for agility users is usually around 1 agility = 4 crit, some even go as high as 1 agility = 6 crit.

So you should use the 5 agi 5 stam wrists (7 agi 7 stam in WsG) and use Smelting pants (13 agi 6 stam 6 crit) while hogger trousers are only 11 agility 11 crit
