tome of the dawn offhand scales better than the boa one. And your belt should be the one from bfd. It scales to 9 int 9 stam

Haste enchants feel a lot better to me (sitting at 27 percent )but i guess thats personal preference .

Your ring is fine but i run the lavishly jeweled ring for 8 int and 5 crit. (once again personal preference)

Haste enchants over versatility, always.
Ele force over spellpower for skirms.
