Well you're asuming I'm offended, I'm not. I did think about the 2 statements contradicting each other but they still make up for a valid point.

While being ignorant and closeminded would be offended and do everything in its' power to focus negatively and biased on the given subject I simply give out a pretty clear statement that I find it ridiculous yet I accept it even if I want to or not.
