I'm confused.... 19s have still been popping despite everyone playing level 100s purely because of the legion boost, in those past times 19s completly halted for months. Right now we are still getting pops, ally your facts are warped.

Pops with long queue times and a later start time. I do not believe I stated that we were not getting games in. In fact, I even stated we would get even more games once the Christmas break kicks in.

This is also the first time ever that there has not been a waiting period between PvP seasons. That does not help things either.

Don't sweat it, in nine(9) months they will be blaming Robo for the "Great Twinkdom Downfall of 2015".
They have to have someone or something to blame. Most can't take responsibly for themselves. Many of them don't even have enough responsibilty to have a drivers license.

I was more making a point of this post ally, the circumstances are vastly different, because ques completely died in that period for an extended period of time, we are still getting wsg daily/if not bi-daily.

Would be cool to see a Chinese team in the twinkcup

1. All Chinese player twink at x9 level, no one choose 20/70/80
2. In general we are not interested in arena or PVE
3. Most times we solo because we can join common BG, we needn't wait other twinks to start a BG.

i think legion will revive 19's and 39's with the talent changes (of course subject to change) and make the brackets feel new again.

i saw a tweet or post where someone asked about the new PVP talent system and low level players, blue basicly responded that it is for level 110 players only. so it appears gear, enchants, and trinkets will still matter for low level PVP and we won't have the fixed template PVP system.

since WOW is down into the van-wow level era of subs, players are more spread out and thin. twinks queing into skirmishes, wargames, random instead of specif Bgs thins players even more, but all this can be worked out.
