Wrangler is 10 stamina, it's bis sta for some f2p classes not veterans.

Wrangler's scale to 10 sam. Same with seer's (10 stam 4 int), ivycloth (10 stam 9 int) and every other "of stam" pair (scouting etc etc). The only thing they are BiS atm is for stam stacking out of bg (and noone needs that these days lal). As i said somewhere, only want them because of the good old time (cry).
