Grab your worldmap and you will see that the distance from country to servers is too much. Call all spanish people mexicans is kinda racist aswell :^)

How do you know he from Mexico? He could be American, Columbian, Nicaraguan, Brazilian, Cuban, Puero Rican, Chilean, Guatemalan etc...

In fact, we teach Spanish all throughout schools here in Texas. Many Texans are bilingual. Depending on the region your in, it can be as high as 90%.
