New to this bracket. Why 99 twink > 91 Twink ???

Hi there. Im a big fans of twinking. but I got a nub question. which is why there's more level 99 twink than lvl 91?
I tho the higher level you got the shitty stats you got? some players told me that you can get a lot of better gears with lvl 99.
so is it worth to twink at 99 than 91 ?
and which class is more fun to play at 99 or 91 ?

99 gets a few more abilities to unlock over 91, they're all passives I believe but it's still something. Also 91 doesn't have as many gear options as 99, e.g high ilvl stuff that surpasses scaling.

The 91 twinks (normally casters, due to 2nd stat scaling which is way better than a melee) are for PvE.
99s are for PvP mostly (Draenor Perks, 615+ for all slots)..

Which class? You have to answer that to yourself. Play the one you like. For PvP everything works ... but before you waste money on warlords crafted, you should try this bracket out. The sad thing is that there are way to many bots and only a few twinks. The rest is filled with 90s.

If you have your eye on Solo PvE than you should stay 91 and go Warlock which is by far the strongest atm. For Group PvE all casters work.
