Use thorbia's guantlets, 12 str 4 stam and you can put 6 str for a high str build or use 12 stam if you want a balance build
Nice belt but I personally like the belt from wailing caverns, it scales to 10 str 7 haste
Use leatherworking leg enchant, its 6 str 4 crit rather than 5 str 3 crit that you have
Use the ring from SFK (8 str 5 stam) over demon band
Use 2x Haunted Blade (15.53 DPS 3.8 speed 13 str 9 haste) or 1 haunted blade on off hand if you want a bit of stamina
Use the wrists from RFC (7 str 7 stam)
Get Peerless stats to chest
Use the heirloom shoulders that give haste only

Could always do the Haste trinkets.
Not sure if you are looking to just max haste, or be more balanced.
Tabard is updated for me, when I viewed it.
Anyway, I really can't nit pick much other than the trinkets if thats what you want to do. Maybe give Thorbias a chance , due to scaling.
