Same here, I got the Agility and Strength ones back to back a little over a month ago and just can't seem to get the Int one

The preview says you upgrade any of your gear with valor. Wonder if you can upgrade low level BOE blues by 10 ilvls too

Curious as why VP are making a come back. My guess is that Blizzard is giving us a carrot to chase after for a few months until 7.0. I don't even do any dungeons. I told myself when the time walking mount came out I was going to do it once a week for it, but never got around to it. Blech....

Trinket will likely be a garrosh type pos. The Grove Warden looks ugly, and the time walking dragon is a means for them to hook people into chain running those worthless instances instead of running once a month for the 500 quest item.

I'm not talking about that. During the legion reveal it was stated that everyone has the same stats in pvp depending on your spec + a small bonus from ilvl beyond a certain threshold. The example given was a raider with BIS gear receiving a 7% increase in stats due to their ilvl being over that threshold. If the system works at low levels there's a good chance that threshold will be ilvl 34 for the 20-29 bracket for example (the ilvl of a lvl 29 green item). So if your pvp ilvl is beyond that, you'll get a increase in stats for pvp (with diminishing returns as he says in the vid).

Currently a non-shaman lvl 20 can get pvp ilvl 67 and a shaman can get over 300 with Kor'kron Shaman's Treasure - Item - World of Warcraft
