How do I fill up Empty Festive Mug

You can only fill it up twice a year around christmas and new years and start of July. So yo need to wait another 3-4 months before you can fill it up again.

It works very weird.

Mine once ran out because it kept making empty mugs like copies of them, so i deleted them and it ran out. I entered a BG and it would not reset.
About 2 days later I entered a BG my festive mug is full
