I am actually unsure, personally I thought you learned it at level 25 back in time and after reading http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/14928002912#15 I still think that was the case.

Thanks to clarify, well I would be really interrested in any 20-29 priest on EU with penance and/or reflect shield glyph.

About 5 months ago it seems, in other words he's been online after the penance glyph was grandfathered. I can't personally confirm if it's working or not, though.

If you go 75 its not GFd anylonger xD so stay 74 lol not that there is much point in it anylonger tho

Yeah, I was checking up on the glyph and I found out it just comes available at 75 for any priest. I don't ever play my priest anymore, but yeah :')
