2x same speccs aren't allowed
You have to play the tourney till the end (no ragequit)
You have to come when u signed up.
You have to report if u can't come (till Saturday 5PM EST)
Ferals are banned

Did you actually check with gems/enchants? 500 sounds very low
And did you check inside arenas?

500ap as warrior is without gems, enchants, and outside of arena. I know because I have a full brutal set on my own Warrior.

I've solved the Monk issue btw, I created gearsets comparable to full brutal gear with only vendor items, which means it's just as easy to get.

Both have a little bit of extra secondary stats but it's generally speaking the closest we can get to equal gear.
