I've been hearing a lot of good things about crit boomies and honestly I'd say crit > haste, but for the set you were pretty clearly going for you did a good job. Mog could use some work though 7/10

Haste stacked boomies work better in many ways, not saying stacking crit is bad but haste makes up for more icking dots, and what you are going to be focused mostly on is dotting everyone Then going for a kill. And if you dot everyone and see that a starsurge needs to be casted on this target you directly press the button and it wont really take a long time. Because Haste even lowers the 1 sec dr after you cast an ability. That makes you go ham.

Get belt of the vision and you also might want to look into a more stam set if your forced into fcing or they have more burst, other wise looks great
