Another thing blizzard could learn from this is allowing players to swap to their off-spec or 2nd spec after they have entered a BG. That way if there is too many healers or to few healers, players can swap to their dps or healer off-specs.

theres this 1 priest that always queues so it gives the illusion that we have one, but he just tries to solo the fc as disc all game and doesn't heal other people

Problem for me is ALL I play is heals. I find emptying bars too easy. I like the "rush" and responsibility of trying to keep them full!
