Which EU server to choose for EU f2p Twinks

Hey guys, I just read up on f2P twinks and in most threads it says, that Aggramar (Horde) - Twisting Neither (Alliance) are the best server choices,
however these servers are heavily populated by the other faction.
Is this just for higher leveled characters, or are the Threads outdated?
If the Info is outdated, which EU servers are most populated for f2p twinks?

The servers are heavily populated on the other faction by high lvls, but both of em are still up and kicking for f2ps.

TN horde is populated. Agg ally isn't. Don't think Magtheridon horde has been big since Nihilium left it.

Magtheridon alliance is really active for f2ps.
Magtheridon horde sometimes is.

I play in Balnazzar. We have small f2p community with other cross realms ofc.
