[MENTION=23518]Turtle[/MENTION], I don't really know what to tell ya. It is sort of a bummer your attempts at de-leveling have failed. But maybe keep at it? If not, I can't really think of anything else available for 21 that 20s can't get that's significant in any visual way. Too bad skunkwerks sword req 23.
