Looks awesome! However the nameplates in the top left corner are way too small imo. I'm pretty sure you can remove them all together with the moveanything addon seeing as you have player/target plates on the bottom(could be wrong).
Mend pet is bound and so is heart of phoenix FYI. The blizzard frames can be disabled but I preffered having them just cause I'm so used to it. Once I can used to using just the new ui I'd be good.
And yes the add-on is actually called overwatch! Made by some Chinese guy.
