Which has more firepower at Level 29 -- SPriest or Destruction Lock?

I would say destroy locks get bigger hits but spriest is stronger cuz mb+vampiric touch+db+db

Shadow Priest without a doubt. I speak this from personal experience with my time in this bracket. Chaos bolts hit about the same as a mindblast but are much easier to interrupt. Spriests just seem to have the high fire power for a long mid fight to land kills and put out spread pressure. However, locks provide utility (fear) which is also very useful with the proper coordination on set ups to land kills. But again, as far as raw damage goes, shadow priest takes it.
