If you are to host a 3v3 or 2v2 tournament, please be clear to the participants about rules and rewards. If there are rewards then approach the winning team with some information as to when the reward will be available, keep the bullshit excuses about you asking your girlfriends permission or your mother shutting down your bank account to yourself. If you cannot pay it say so instead of jerking the winning team around for weeks to month.

Remember without participants you will not have a successful tournament, so giving them respect instead of bashing them when they have to ask for a reward on a weekly basis is plain stupid.

All I ask is point out before the tournament about all the rules and if there are any rewards. Oh and if someone asks for the information after it is not provided, please don't call them out like an idiot and give an appropriate professional answer. I am pretty sure most people in this bracket are adults, so act like one please.

Hey TI, for those asking "well, where tf did this thread come from?" Here is the answer. This is directed at me. About a month ago him and his team had won my 3v3 tournament. I owed them 10,000 gold. The first week I was simply too lazy to go about getting the gold, then after that some ahole in Michigan decided to try and use my bank card at a speedway (wether they mean the gas station or a racetrack I have no idea lol) So the bank caught it and shut off my account. I still have access to money via checks and the fact that my local bank recognizes me allows me to get cash. But as far as using my card, I cannot until my new one is sent. Has it been a month? Yes. Are they slow to send cards and also the PIN to the card that comes separate about a week later? Yes. But even though we had our disagreement I still plan on paying you your whopping 10,000 gold as soon as possible. I can promise that future tournaments in which I do give prizes will be presented in a timely manner. I thank pikabooh in going about this, this time at least, like a gentleman. Feel free to whisper me the character you would like to receive the gold on. I hope to see you guys in future tournaments, my apologies for the delay sir.
 
No worries James, and thanks for owning this. To be honest I don't think I have ever been rude to you via whispers or other means. I think I might have mentioned the fact that I take screenshots to keep track of time and to know what I might have said or not and at what time. You have removed me and my partners from bnet so not sure if I am even able to message you again, regardless when you think you are able to resolve the things that are going on with you and are able to get the gold. Just PM me and I will meet you somewhere.

Honestly man what happened was this:
We both have the same problem here, you can't get your gold because of my card and I can't get sh*t on the internet for myself, because of my card. So here I am calling the banks 24/7 like wth where tf is my card? So we have the same issue but it frustrates me a lot more than it does you. The last time we spoke I was already in a down mood about the whole situation. I'm not sure who got out of line first, but it doesn't matter. My apologies either way. Add me back on btag Zerkerjerker#1228 and we can get everything set right, and move past this situation.
 
IMO have the money before you have the tourney so this isn't an issue. Bad planning only makes things awkward and creates tension in a bracket where a lot of tension already exists. I feel for you about that bank card theft though, same thing happened to me about a month ago.

Yeah will do in the future for sure, I did have the money, just not the time to go about spending it. From now on I'll just get the gold the night of.
