Hey guys, upon request I added some rules I think are suitable for 10v10 premades in the 29 Premade thread that is stickied. Be sure to check them out and feel free to express any concerns and/or proposed changes.
If someone says un-ban ferals im gonna smack you.

You do realize that when you post something in a thread it bumps that thread to the top, so I'm pretty sure people would check it......

Well if you are talking about in the 20-29 section it is already at the top, so no need. But you can still bump stickied threads. It puts it to the top of the home page so as I said before, I'm sure people would view it if it was at the top of recent threads.
