Hunters are without a doubt viable. Flare for holding choke points, Freezing trap op as fuk, they have an interrupt, and their 2nd tier talents gives an extra cc. Hunter's damage are not to be questioned with 
spec of your choice/flavor.
Mages are viable in all 3 specs. Arcane for turreting + PoM poly op as fuk + slow spam on efc. Fire is more viable at 39 than 29 due to Molten armor (15% crit chance increase + 6% dmg reduction) and all fire spells have a crit chance multiplier of 1.3 instead of 1.0. Then there's frost mages. in 2s, I was getting barraged with 1k+ icelance spams from a 39 frost mage + their slows.
Elemental Shamans now have Chain lightning and lava burst. Chain lightning allows for higher generation of lightning shields for fulmination. And for those who don't know, fulmination hits like a truck. Lava burst's damage scales identically to Chaos bolt due to 50% dmg increase from flame shock and 250% crit multiplier rather than 200% that all other classes have(lava burst always crits, 8 second cd).
Can't speak for warlocks but I'd imagine they are viable too affliction and destro ofc.
Boomkins are also viable. Not sure how hard starsurge is hitting after the 15% dmg nerf but as long as you get procs, who gives a fuk
