What Glyphs should I use to improve my performance?

Might try this one. It won't give you more DPS but it will allow you to do damage longer vs melee.
Glyph of Divine Protection - Item - World of Warcraft
More Damage vs single targets...
Glyph of Focused Shield - Item - World of Warcraft
And more damage over all after WoG cast...
Glyph of Word of Glory - Spell - World of Warcraft

Probably best to go with Divine Protection. It all depends on your style though.

definitely debating between divine protection and word of glory. 9% damage increase for prot with about +85% uptime on it. or the extra survivability... that's a hard to one decide :/

I'll probably do divine protection for arena and 9% dmg increase for bgs. 9% is a lot :O
