Premade Group Finder

Hi friends,

I think 39s have a lot of potential right now, but the most recent attempt showed that we need to put thought and work in to make it happen. There were a few different reasons the last revival didn't really get off the ground, but one major cause was the lack of a qlist. Battletag polling just didn't cut it when people were figuring out which faction and classes to play. The 39 revival around the corner already has way more momentum, but I still think we need a better way to organize queues.

Which brings us to a feature we've gotten waayyy too little use out of: the premade group finder!

It'll be a super easy way to organize each faction into a single raid group without putting the burden of battletag/organizational effort onto a single person. Everyone can (and should) still solo queue, but it'll be easier to communicate and see what classes people are queuing, whether your side has an FC, when people switch sides to help balance games, etc etc. It'll also help get new players to the bracket more connected and involved.

As far as i can tell (limited testing so far), the battleground section will only show the group to people in your level bracket. If that's the case, we can just make a quick group and turn on auto-invite at the beginning of the night. Even if you don't want to stay in the raid, you can pop in and out to stay in touch better. Not everyone will join, but not everyone participated in the qlist. It should be enough to get things moving and reorganize if things slow down later in the night.

If the group finder gets some momentum, it could even be a good way just to let people know you're on a 39. If you're questing, running dungeons, or want to run some skirmishes. Just check group finder when you log in to see if anyone's on. Btag is great, but limited by only seeing people you already know and the friends list cap. Not sure how well it'll actually work out, but it seems like the group finder has a ton of untapped potential for a small bracket.

Edit: Maybe not, can't be in a queue and list a group at the same time. Still could be a little bit useful, but kinda limited.
