I am a little bit confused ... Help? :D

First off, I already was a member of this community but somehow I managed to forget my login information and/or email adress. Whatever.

I am a twinking fan for years now but found WoW to be utterly boring for quite a while. Now I heard of these "veteran accounts" good thing, from what I saw so far.

What I dont really understand are some of the enchantments I see on your veteran toons (looking at wow armory), they have 20 Str enchant on gloves which I cant seem
to find anywhere on the auction house, not nearly. I mean as a scroll. Is the game itself tuning down the values of enchantments so that they fit lower levels/tiers or do I just
have to talk to some friendly enchanter?

Help me out, please. Thanks in advance.
 
Some enchants are "grandfathered". Meaning they can no longer be obtained. However, they still work if you have an item enchanted with them.
Enchants work for all levels of characters now. Some do not work above ilvl 600(end game). Enchants scale to your level.
Your gear and enchants scale up to the maximum level of a Battleground bracket in a battleground.
I have posted a list of all relevant enchants in the 20-29 section and their scaling. It has been stickied. I am currently working on a new and improved version.

What you are probably looking at is their online bnet armory. Where as it does not show any scaling of enchants. In-game it will be different, and less most likely.
 
Oh and before I forget about this again, I am working on my veteran twink, my period will soon be over and I need to know what I have to make sure about that twink so that I can log onto it.

So far I know:

- Only 10 Gold
- Level 20 max

Anything else? Like not guild leader or whatever. And, if my XP is not locked when I am finally on a veteran, am I still able to become level 21 (and not log onto it anymore unless I pay) or is it working exactly like a F2P account. Locked on 20 forever.
