Not sure about bis or perfect builds because of scenarios and play styles can change it.

Str + stamina, pick up crit by the way not primarly.

because they are retarded at endgame, better prepare for a big nerf than hope for a buff
(but well, blizz still buffes retarded specs like affli so there might be a little bit of hope)

Sigh, I can only dream of a buff for holy pals... Then again they buffed ferals, who are also ridiculously op at high level.
