What to get while faction changing to Alliance?

Temporarily faction changing my paladin to Alliance and I was wondering if you guys could help me out and give me a few things that are worth picking up? I've never been alliance before on this character, so every quest is available to me. I have a few items in mind, but I just want to make sure I don't forget anything.

Does anyone happen to know if Searing Belt is obtainable still? For anyone who might not really be familiar with the item, it's the mail healing belt from the Ragefire Chasm quests.

might be really good, I havent had a chance to check them out, and I don't believe they were mentioned in the scaling index page.

You can always go to WoWhead and plug in the appropriate filters. That will give you a nice list. May even include transmogriforcation items as well if that is your thing.
Alliance has some very nice level 10 caster gear. It may scale well.

^^ this pretty much covers it, always remember Seal of Argas as one of the important things to get while faction changing, as on f2p/20 you can only have 1 similar ring unless you change (if you dont count honor ring because it is scaled differently). Pally specific for alliance prob either eyepatch or I suggest hoggers shiny, because eyepatch outperformed by p2p boas
