hey guys wondering if Dark leather pants (8) agi and (13) agi scaled is bis if its not what agi leg scales for more than 13?

It's 13/6/6 but you can't put leg enchants on them, so Dark Leather Pants or any 'of agility' legs are 13 agility, you can put 5 agi 3 crit enchant for max AP build
