You need loom neck for the heal, seeing as you have battlemaster trinket. the pair work great togther

I highly reccomend that you stack Agility as Rogues are meant to pick off value targets in Bgs/Arenas either way. For reference i'll post some twinks that do indeed stack Agi.

Glowing Lizardscake is VERY close to BiS, but i recently found out that Houndmasters Cape is better just because of the extra stam it gives it does have the same agility scale.
You can easily find where to get the items by just going to Wowhead n stuff.
