I'm a bit curious about this bracket, I got a 90 rogue that I'm not doing anything on and I'm considering to make it a level 91 twink.

My question is if BG's/skirmishes are popping with exp locked?

I find this bracket (90-99) one of the most fun brackets. and there are alot of pops, compared to other brackets atleast. So i think you should go for it

Probably ferals and hunters are the strongest. But also frost dk's are really strong. Still tho you would atleast be able to do something before you die unlike 29 bracket

and please try to not use WoD crafted gear, 6.2 fkd up this bracket way too hard
