Greater Cerulean Spellthread is 3 int 2 crit which may be better for a destro lock
Major Spellpower - Spell - World of Warcraft is 4 Spell Power
Glorious Stats tooltip is bugged, it shows +2 but it acually gives +1, Peerless Stats is the only one that acually gives +2
Conspirator's Slippers - Item - World of Warcraft is 5/5/5
I would use Minor Speed on boots since they are the only boot enchant that stacks with cloak to give you 120% speed
