Agree, try for vision belt. You may even try versatility enchant on one ring. That one extra haste enchant only decreases your healing surge time by .03 seconds if I remember correctly. But you gain an extra 2.5 % healing with the versatility enchant. You could also switch to the mail helm for some mitigation.
