Hard to believe, they usually give atleast 2 or 3 weeks notice for pvp season to end, and there is no notice about it on the wow site.

They have put up a message about PTR saying that there will be no more character transfers and that everything will now be marked as release on the notes, so its more than likely

Probably won't know 100% for sure until live. However, one could get an idea if they went to the PTR and tried to get the quest items there.
