Need help on ret build

Ok so i got foul strength, skull crusher, both rings scale to 10 strength and are BiS for AP, for a ret are they better than demon band?
I got sin'dorei warblade, pretty much every item thats BiS strength

Is twilight cloak>BoA cloak??
A few friends suggested i go full strength glass cannon and others told me i should keep it hybrid

What are yalls take?
Im looking for a build were i wont depend on a healer, i feel that is the path with full AP output

Plz gimme a good build

If possibly mention every item i should switch to

Pally is ret right now so you can click armory thx

For highest crits I suppose glass canon.

Haunting Blade - Item - World of Warcraft
Boahn's Fang - Item - World of Warcraft

^^those above both scale to 13 strength, but have significantly better base damage/wep speed. But since Ret paladins use judgement as well as heal, I suppose war blade is best.

Twilight cloak is best IMO.

Earthbound Girdle of Strength, Savage Trodders, Mutant Scale Breastplate, collarspike bracers, Thorbias Gauntlets, boa helm of choice, Azure shoulderguards of strength w/ armor kit (I think that's bis str), Boa neck.

Personally I like a balanced set. I plan on upgrading Bravo Company's ring to boa ring, Getting horde boots, and getting Silver Scaled Belt when I start playing again.

Your build looks fine. Max Strength is a really good build.

I would play slightly more health/crit for an arena build, but that set is perfectly fine for battlegrounds.

You really only have two options as Ret. High AP build(glasscannon-ish) or a Balanced set which involves high crit items (which will replace item slots that had no stam, which will by-trade increase your healthpool); thus giving you a more rng-based set via Critting.

I'm more of a fan with the Crit/stam setup. You're relying on your high healthpool to get big crits off. vs the high AP build; you sacrifice your survivability to kill them before they kill you.
