To be honest, that will probably depend quite a lot on the impression that you guys give the newcomers about the bracket and about this subforum. I'm sorry to be repeating myself here but the more you all value the new blood in your bracket, the healthier your bracket will be going into the future. Treat them right by treating each other right, all of you, and you will benefit more in the long run.

In order to get the kind of players would like to see in the bracket, I feel like the impression that we want to foster is that of a bunch of elitist drama-queens.

i feel like, the title of this thread in and of itself is gonna be a negative impact on the popularity regardless, cuz its basically saying that it wasnt popular in any way whatsoever prior to sodapoppin, so newcomers are probably gonna have this idea it wasnt active in any way until sodapoppin lol

Kinda agree. Should be considered more of a spike. It might go down quick, but it will filter out the twitch stalkers, and the kiddos that remain are people that found their new past time.

I was implying that things are improving nonetheless. The TC has brought a lot of attention, and one shouldn't deny the fact that it's increased the brackets population.
Anyhow, this bracket has seen its ups and downs, and I was merely asking if its going "up" at this stage.

The bracket revitalizes every Summer regardless of some streamer, no matter how popular they are or some small tournament. Did we have a TC in 2011, 2012 or 2013? Or further back? WoW players come and they go. All we can hope for is each time that a few extra will become loyal twinks or TI members. It really does not matter what bracket they play. We all know most of us play in 2-3 brackets in the 10-100 range.
