Is not finished yet, but gotta ask, are Wrists of agility (+8) way superior than AP ones?

And about the rings, i just got one of 8 agi, i was thinking to get one of silver agility (scales to 10 agi too, it doesnt provide resi, but , being realistic +3 resi nature and arcane is like nothing nowadays...) so...

What you think?
Agi bracers are better, since agi provides dodge and there are buffs in this bracket that provides 5%+ agility, strength and intellect, of which the AP from bracers wont benefit.

As you probs know, gnomer agi rings are BiS cause of the resistance. I don't actually know how much resistance they provode, afaik it might be 1 resi = 1%. But perhaps Mesikämmen might be able to clarify here

I'm not really able to give any numbers because I haven't made any calculations, and right now I'm not subbed so I can't try it out either. All I know is resistances definitely still work and provide quite a bit of damage reduction, actually. I'd imagine an easy way to test out how resistances scale would be to equip the heirloom agility mace on a toon and try how much that +15 fire resistance reduces fire damage taken, and work from there to figure how much the rings/wrist resistances add up to.

However, especially in a bracket like 20-29 where most of the players aren't super good at the game (and where a lot of people are playing at a disadvantage vs your 29), you really don't need 100% bis to compete. So, unless you are a perfectionist and just want the absolute BiS, there is not much reason to work your ass off farming a 2nd agility ring just to replace a heavy silver ring.

Yo
1) Tested out resistances this morning works perfectly normal outside of BGs but in BGs it is a non existant stat, like PVP resilliance or PVP power.
2) AGI/STR > attack power, because of blessing of kings and spec talents that increase primary stat by a percentage, like sub rogue 15% to agi etc, but the difference is minimal 1 extra agi in most cases you might get out of it.
3) The silver ring does indeed scale to 10, so the difference in terms of the resistance is = 0, the ring is only better because of "I farmed so hard and so long , look at me I'm cool" mentality.

So after testing can confirm that resistances still do work, just not as much as it use to before!!

Yngfondles-Arthas Chain Lightning hit You 113 Nature. (30 Resisted)
Yngfondles-Arthas Chain Lightning hit You 127 Nature. (15 Resisted)

It's not a consistant resistance, but instead it procs resistance at random...

How much resistance was this?
